Warm weather is made for grilling! It's too hot to cook indoors so why not cook everything possible on the grill?! Join us for some great recipes and tips for grilling and summer outdoor cookouts. Chef Jack Carlisle (former owner of Jack's Wood-Fired Oven) will be in town teaching how to use the Camp Chef Pellet Grill and sharing (as always) delicious recipes! Don't forget, Father's Day is just around the corner and the Pellet Grill would make an awesome gift! Working with Fondant
Fondant provides a pristine cover for your confectionary creations and a clean canvas to display your other cake decorating skills. But working with Fondant can seem a bit tricky. Come learn from a professional cake decorator, Kelli Barker, and learn the ins and outs to working with fondant. This is a hands-on class that participants will be able to use the knowledge they are learning to work directly with fondant. Space is limited!

If you want to make pizza at home that is like the professionals you don't want to miss this class!
