Along the way, we'll help you learn some new cooking techniques that will build skill and confidence. We'll practice on Charred Broccolini with Garlic-Caper Sauce, Pan-Seared Salmon with a Three-Citrus Relish, and Sauteed Green Beans with Mustard-Soy Shallots.
