Saturday,  June 18th  ●  Mike Cunha  -- Sullivan University  & Limestone  ●  "Date Night" ● Hands On Class! ● $65.00 per couple ● 6:30 - 8:30 pm  ●  Menu:  Spinach risotto with Parmesan Cheese & Mushrooms  ●  Seared Filet of Atlantic Salmon Stuffed with Seafood in Lemon Butter Sauce  ●  Chewy Double Chocolate Chip Cookie Sundaes 

Monday,  June 20th  ●  Cathy Webb - Cathy's Designer Cookies  ●  "Cake Pops Creations"  ●  $45.00  ●  1:00 - 3:30 pm  ●  Ages 12 & up  ●  Hands On Class! The newest rage in party foods are cake pops, which look like popsicles or ice cream treats, but are made of frosted cake crumb. Students will learn to create whimsical wonderful 'treats on a stick"!  We will learn basic cake pops, decorations, shaping, coating, finishing and display ideas as well as making a cookie pop.  Students will take home the three cake pops & one cookie pop they create in class. In this class you are limited only by your imagination!

Tuesday,  June 21st  ●  Cathy Webb - Cathy's Designer Cookies  ●  "Sunny Summer Cupcake Sensations"  ●  $45.00  ●   Hands On Class!  Cupcakes continue to be one of the most popular treats ever!  This hands-on class includes 3 beautiful designer cupcakes -- Tropical Breeze Pineapple Cupcake, Chunky Monkey Cupcake and Filled Strawberry-Lemonade Cupcake.  First part of the class, students will learn many baking tips and just how to bake these perfect little cakes.  Then we will begin the decorating!  Each cupcake will have its own decorations the class will make.  Class will be instructed how to work with a simple butter cream icing and frosting techniques.  Students will take home 3 beautiful cupcakes they have created.  All recipes will be included in class.  Cathy's cupcake class sold out early on our Spring schedule so don't miss out!

Wednesday, June 22nd ● Lelia Gentle - DreamCatcher Farm ● $55.00 ● "Introduction to Sushi" 6:30 - 9:00 pm ● Hands On Class! Making Sushi Rice, reviewing ingredients and equipment, learning how to select sushi grade fish and how to roll maki. We'll review all the different kinds of sushi including Maki Sushi (Hosomaki, Futomaki), Nigiri Sushi, Gunkan Sushi, Temaki Sushi, Oshi Sushi, Chirashi Sushi and Inari Sushi. Class will include hands on making of an Inside roll and an Outside roll. In class, you will sample our version of a Cucumber Roll, Salmon Skin Roll, Grilled Asparagus Roll, Ebi Nigeri, Spicy Squid Roll, Philadelphia Roll and a Dragon Roll with Eel. For dessert, we'll have Fresh Fruit Splashed with Midori.

Thursday, June 23rd ● John Plymale - Porcini ● "Fresh Summer Pasta Sauces" $45.00 6:30 - 9:00 pm ● Demonstration Class Pasta is a favorite anytime of the year! Learn how to make these sauces, perfect for those hot days of Summer. Menu: Aglio Olio Sauce (fresh garlic & oil), Cremini Mushrooms, English Peas & Pecorino Romano over Pappardelle Pasta ● Grilled Summer Ratatouille Sauce over Farfalle Pasta ● Arrabbiata Sauce with Ricotta Cheese & Italian Sausage served with Orecchiette Pasta ● Salsa Verde Sauce, Sauteed Bay Scallops, Fresh Tomato over Angel Hair Pasta ● Strawberry Vin Santo Sauce served over Sour Cream Pound Cake garnished with Fresh Spearmint

Monday,  June 27th  &  Wednesday,  June 29th  ●  Vanessa Haden -- The Wedding Cake Company  ●  "Cake Decorating - Fondant & Gumpaste"  ●  $45.00  ●  Hands On Class!  Learn to use fondant to cover your cake, giving it that smooth, sleek finish that only fondant can.  You will be taught how to level your cake, round the edges before crumb coating, prepare, apply and smooth the fondant as well as final the professional touches.  Making flowers, decorations and embellishments will also be covered using both fondant and gumpaste. **Please ask for your supply list.
