PEACH PERFECT SUMMER LIGHT AND SIMPLE

with Chef Crystal Leach - $45 - 30 participants
Please help us welcome Chef Crystal Leach, a dynamic and popular cooking teacher who teaches regularly at Cook's Warehouse in Atlanta. Chef Crystal thinks that one of the best things about summer is bringing home a basket of ripe local peaches from a roadside stand or farmer's market. We all love peach ice cream, cobbler, pie, and preserves, but this lovely fruit isn't just for dessert. Chef Crystal offers a whole menu of her peachy favorites, including:
  • Sparkling Peach Lemonade: a light and refreshing sparkling summer cocktail with fresh peaches and prosecco
  • Peach and Prosciutto Crostini with fresh peaches, wafer thin prosciutto, and blue cheese
  • Summer Peach Salad: grilled peaches, with arugula, pecans, feta and Honey-Lemon Vinaigrette
  • Hardwood-Grilled Spice-Rubbed Pork Tenderloin with fresh Peach-Lime Salsa
  • Summer Peach Cake: a surprisingly easy summer dessert made with peaches roasted with schnapps and then folded into a rich sour cream cake batter
