Dec 26 - Tip of the Day: If you have trouble removing a just-baked cake from a pan that doesn't have a nonstick surface, set the hot pan on a well-dampened dishtowel for 5 minutes. The steam it generates will help release the cake.

If you have never heard of the Jr. League of Salt Lake be sure you don't miss this great class. Janice Skousen will share some of her favorite recipes from their wonderful new cook book "Salt to Honey".  Their recipes are tried and true and will become some of your favorites. The purpose of the Junior League is exclusively educational and charitable and is to promote voluntarism.
