Saturday, August 9, 2014 - LOGAN - 11:00 a.m.
Laminated Dough Hands-On

A laminated dough, be it puff pastry, croissant, or danish, begins by taking a normal bun dough and then folding it in layers with butter in between. Kanako Arnold, from Crumb Brothers Bakery will be teaching this hands-on class. You will be the one to roll, butter, and fold your dough into some beautiful pastries that will have your mouth watering. It is not hard, but knowing the technique makes it a lot easier to do.

Garden on the Grill

With all the produce available right now, why not learn some new recipes and ideas to have a cookout using those vegetables and fruits. Robert Sanderson, Crumb Brother's Chef, will be showing you some delicious ways to grill your fresh produce. Get out of the kitchen and on to the patio for dinner tonight.

Come learn from our in-store instructor how to make delicious wheat bread using freshly ground wheat flour. Patty Taylor will also demonstrate how to make our cinnamon/currant variation. Price includes pan and one loaf of bread to take home.

If you like International Cuisine you won't want to miss this fun class with Noraina Peterson, our newest culinary chef. Come on a culinary adventure as we travel the globe to the Middle East, up to France, and across the pond to the Americas. In this class we will be focusing on eggs and how each culture values and creates wildly different style of cuisine with a universal ingredient.
