Who says toast is just for breakfast? Topped with the right ingredients... pesto, beans, fresh mozzarella, etc....Toast can become lunch or dinner. Join us as LeAnn Whitesides shares some recipes that will make your mouth water and give you some fun easy non-breakfast toast ideas.

A perfect fall and winter staple is lasagna. But, it's hard to find the perfect recipe for the perfect meal. Lindsey Owens will be in our kitchen sharing that perfect recipe. Come learn just how to make lasagna from scratch and taste the difference. You will never need another recipe of lasagna again!

The Authentic Brussels Belgian Waffle
Respect the Waffle! Belgian people take their beers, their chocolate, their political system and waffles very seriously. Nate Felton, owner of The Waffle Iron, will share the secrets to the best waffle (he doesn't just make a good waffle he makes the best waffle). Come learn why the Belgian people truly do respect the waffle!

If you have trouble getting a loaf of good whole wheat bread or if you just want to learn how, don't miss this class. Patty Taylor, our house bread maker, will be teaching a hands-on class where you will learn how to mix and then form your own loaf of 100% whole wheat bread. Come learn how light, delicious, and nutritious this bread can be. Price includes a loaf of bread and a bread pan.

Couldn't we all use a little more time in the day? With the electric pressure cooker in your kitchen you can cut down on your time spent in the kitchen so you can spend more time out of the kitchen. In this class, Joy Ercanbrack will compare portion size, protein, fats and fiber of several grains. Learn how you can serve a variety of whole grains in place of highly processed products with false labels. Recipes will include stay-full breakfast options and menu planning tips.
