Tip of the Day: Baby-cut carrots, which are actually "adult" roots cut and trimmed to masquerade as sweet young things, are certainly convenient, since little or no prep is required, but that's the sole reason to buy them. The pot roast is a satisfying and wonderfully rich classic. Janice Skousen will teach how to make a juicy and tender pot roast that will make your mouth water for more. This is one of her family's favorites and she will share her seasoning and techniques for beginning cooks to make a fabulous dish.

We have a special treat! Connie Whitesides (from the Orson Gigi Family) will be here to teach you how to dip and create the most beautiful caramel apples. This will be a fun night as she shares some tips in dipping and packaging up your apples to eat or give as gifts. This will be a hands-on class so make sure you sign up early as there are only 10 spots.
