It's the middle of grilling season, you've mastered the burger and steak, and perhaps some slow-smoked ribs. Now it's time to expand your outdoor cooking skills with grill-baking techniques that produce the best pizzas and flatbreads!

Pizza & Dessert on the Grill

Homemade Pizza is oh so delicious! But, who wants to cook pizza in the oven in the summer - way too hot! The best pizza is made in the hottest oven possible, and since your grill will get so much hotter than your oven, it is the best instrument for making terrific pizza. A blazingly hot grill means a crispier bite. And as an added bonus your kitchen isn't heated up by the oven. Shan Karren will be demonstrating how to make the perfect grilled pizza. As well as some other traditionally baked items that will be delicious on the grill. Once you try this you won't ever turn back!

A super fun class for adult and youth of all ages who want a tasty way to chill in the summer sun. Joy Ercanbrack will be churning traditional flavors and popular favorites like Chocolate Chip Cooke Dough. You'll learn three different methods to freeze homemade ice cream and discover the science of how it works. Recipes will include "Mom's Famous Hot Fudge", yum! 
Two for One at $25 per couple (children are welcome as long as an adult is with them).
