Grilling Chicken Different Ways
We hope you're already enjoying the grill this summer and find yourself rediscovering a few of your favorite recipes. But, are you ready to add new techniques and recipes to your grilling repertoire? We've found a few great chicken recipes ready for your grate - they're keepers!

IN THIS ISSUE, everyone's favorite bird, the chicken, hits the grill using a variety of techniques. We begin with vertically roasting a Beer-Can Chicken, then marinate some tasty Cilantro-Lime Chicken Thighs, and finish with a spatchcocked Chicken Under a Brick served with Grilled Avocados and Chiles. Summer just became even more amazing!

Let's do grilling for Father's Day! Justin Gould will be here to share some great grilling tips and techniques. Along with some yummy side dishes that we be perfect for your Father's Day Celebration. Just like a guy would like. Isn't your mouth drooling for grilled goodness already! 
 
Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, June 11, 12, and 13, 2014 - LOGAN - 10:30 a.m. -12:30 p.m. 
Are your kids wanting to be in the kitchen helping you fix food? Our Teen Cooking Camp will teach them while having fun how to eat healthy, develop their cooking and knife skills, and become a little more independent as they practice these good techniques. This is a hands-on 3 day camp.  Limited spots available so call early. AGES 12-16

Gourmet Summer Sandwiches
On a hot summer evening it's so nice to have a simple easy dinner. LeAnn Whitesides will be teaching how to take a specialty bread with different combinations and all the fixings to make some delicious gourmet sandwiches that you will have you eating with your eyes, then savoring every bite. Kiddos Cupcakes 
So the kids want to join in the fun of CUPCAKES!  Sabrina Marquardt will be teaching a hands-on class for kids 9 years old and up. They will come and learn how to make cupcakes and then all the different ways to frost and fill them. What a fun way to spend a summer day! Only 10 spots available so sign up early!

Pizza on the Grill

Everything seems better when cooked outdoors on the grill in this great summer weather. Pizza is wonderful when cooked on the grill and Robert Sanderson will be teaching you how to make and grill your favorite pizza.

Hands-On Wheat Bread

Come learn from our in-store instructor how to make delicious wheat bread using freshly ground wheat flour. Patty Taylor will also demonstrate how to make our cinnamon/currant variation. Price includes pan and one loaf of bread to take home.

Party Foods  

With all the backyard cookout parties coming up this is the perfect class to learn some party food favorites.  Esther Nelson will share some delicious recipes that will have you bringing a delicious plate to every party you attend.  Your friends will love the party bites that you bring and will invite you time and again to taste your party food.

We are having Kelli Barker teach this fun cupcake class so that you can just come, sit back, relax and watch as she shares her favorite cake recipes, fillings, and frostings for a variety of different ways to do cupcakes. You don't have a to do the work except to eat a few of her delicious delights.

Kids Cooking Camp

Kids like being in the kitchen and that is the best time to learn some good techniques and tips. Our 3 day cooking camp is a great opportunity for your child to have some hands-on experience with prepping, cutting, mixing, and baking different menu items that will help them enjoy the preparing as much as the eating. This class is for ages 8-11.

Awesome Avocados 

Avocados are one of the best fruits in the world.  It is extremely versatile and lends itself great with almost any dish.  In this class Esther nelson will share some of her best recipes that contain the awesome avocado.  Once you take this class you will be using this amazing fruit in ways you never thought of.

Nothing tastes as good as homemade ice cream or sorbet on a hot summer day. Hands-On Cinnamon Rolls

Queen of Tarts 

The queen of tarts, Kanako Arnold from Crumb Brothers Bakery, will be teaching how to make a perfect tart. She will share recipes and ideas for different fillings and toppings. Tarts are a delicious dessert that ends any meal or just a nice refreshment.
