Pi Day is celebrated on March 14th (3.14) why not make it a holiday?! Lindsey Owens will be in the kitchen cooking up some pies that will get your mouth watering and your brain thinking about Pi Day. Kanako Arnold, former pastry chef of Crumb Brother's Bakery - knows the tricks to the trade and will be sharing them at this class. Sharpening Your Knife Skills
Join Robert Sanderson for an evening of chopping and cooking. This class will be a hands-on class where participants will learn to sharpen, care for and properly engage knife skills. Bring a knife to sharpen from home and test all the kitchen knives out while prepping dinner. Robert will cook up some delicious stir-fry and serve a meal to registered guests. Hands-On Wheat Bread
If you have trouble getting a loaf of good whole wheat bread or if you just want to learn how, don't miss this class. Patty Taylor, our house bread maker, will be teaching a hands-on class where you will learn how to mix and then form your own loaf of 100% whole wheat bread. Come learn how light, delicious, and nutritious this bread can be. Price includes a loaf of bread and a bread pan.
