IN THIS ISSUE, it's pasta primo! We're making handmade pastas and pairing them with delicious sauces. With just a few simple ingredients, delicious, fresh pasta can be on your table. We have all the "how-to's" beginning with Pinci with Tomato Sauce, followed by Semolina Cavatelli with Beef Ragu, and finishing with Sugeli with Potatoes and Garlic.

Kanako Arnold, former pastry chef of Crumb Brothers Bakery and a favorite in our kitchen, will be teaching how to make the perfect sugar cookies. From the dough to the icing she will have all tricks of the trade to share so that you can make the homemade cookie that looks store bought but still tastes delicious! Patty Taylor, our store Bread Maker, will be doing her magic again with her wonderful homemade cinnamon rolls. This is a hands-on class where you will be making your own beautiful and delicious cinnamon rolls as you learn all the tips and tricks from Patty.
