JaDene Denniston is an excellent cheese maker and will be in the kitchen demonstrating and instructing on how to make the perfect homemade cheese. After this class, you won't want to buy another slice of cheese - nothing can top those homegrown tomatoes better than a slice of fresh mozarella! YUM!

African food is diverse and full of flavor and with thousands of different ethnic groups across Africa, there are plenty of unique recipes. Our International Chef,Noraina Peterson, will be sharing some of these amazing recipes. Noraina is a great instructor and always has delicious recipes. It's that time of year when the gardens are producing in abundance and the search begins for some fun, new recipes to spice things up. Pate a Choux (Cream Puffs & Eclairs)

Pate a Choux is a basic dough from which you can make cream puffs, profiteroles, eclairs or any manner of desserts. Kanako Arnold, the former pastry chef at Crumb Brothers Bakery, will be teaching everything you need to know to make this dough turn into something undeniably delicious. The class will consist of making and baking the Choux, the recipe and demonstration for the pastry cream as a filling and making ganache for dipping the eclairs. If the description doesn't make your mouth water the class will!
