Saturday, July 14 - 10:00 a.m. - Pizza on the Grill

When we think of grilling, we think of steak, chops, & burgers.  There is another, often overlooked, side to this versatile cooking method!  Grilled pizza is a cripsy, delicious, smoky way to prepare this classic favorite.  In this class, Emily Mecham, will teach all the tips and tricks you'll need for perfectly grilled pizza as well as recipes to die for!  Don't miss out!  

 

Saturday, July 14 - 2:00 p.m. - International Salads 

Often when we think of salads, we think of the traditional, boring appetizers that come to every BBQ and family gathering.  Come experience other cultures throughout the world through foods representative of their areas!  In this class, Emily Mecham will share her experiences of traveling the world through recipes!  Expand your salad repertoire and your tastes in this fun and delicious class!

 

Tuesday, July 17 - 6:30 p.m.- Indian Cooking 

The smells and tastes of Indian food are one of a kind.  They can also be a little intimidating for someone who hasn't ventured down that culinary road.  In this class with Janice Skousen, you will learn about the this delicious cuisine with an experienced Indian cook.  You'll gain the confidence you need to be cooking like a pro. right in your own home!

 

Wednesday, July 25 - 1:00 p.m.- Hands On Whole Wheat Bread 

Come learn from our in-store instructor how to make delicious wheat bread using freshly ground wheat flour.  Instructor will also demonstrate how to make our cinnamon/currant variation.  Includes pan and one loaf of bread to take home. 

 

Thursday, July 26 - 6:30 p.m. - Summer Pastas 

Take advantage of all the great summer produce with one of the easiest meals to prepare...pasta!  Pasta is always a family favorite and easy on the cook.  In this class with Resident Chef, JaDene Denniston, you'll learn recipes that will highlight the fresh ingredients available to make the most of the seasonal harvest!

Perfect Under Pressure: Electric Pressure Cooking

Couldn't we all use a little more time in the day?  With the electric pressure cooker in your kitchen you can cut down on your time spent in the kitchen so you can spend more time out of the kitchen.  Resident Chef, JaDene Denniston has all the tools you'll need to master this appliance.  It's soon to become your favorite!
