In this class, Joy Ercanbrack will compare portion size, protein, fats and fiber of several grains. Learn how you can serve a variety of whole grains in place of highly processed products with false labels. Recipes will include stay-full breakfast options and menu planning tips.

This is the class for you. Jadene Denniston, will demonstrate and share the technique behind making your loaf of bread stand out. Come and see Jadene in action as she shares the recipes for great tasting bread and the techniques to make your loaf beautiful - like a piece of art!

What are the mother sauces? There are five mother sauces in the culinary arts from which all other sauces are made. Learn to make mother sauces with Noraina Peterson, our International Chef, using the French Technique. Who doesn't love a caramel apple? Especially one that looks like a piece of art. We are thrilled to have Connie Whitesides back in our kitchen. She will share all that you need to know to make those award winning caramel apples that will have everyones mouths watering. Come learn from the best and enjoy a great night out! Join Gretchen Jasperson, former pastry chef for Crumb Brother Bakery, as she shares the tricks of the trade for making and using the marvelous marzipan. Tis the season for baking, change your menu a bit and try something new!

Hands-On Wheat Bread
If you have trouble getting a loaf of good whole wheat bread or if you just want to learn how, don't miss this class. Patty Taylor, our house bread maker, will be teaching a hands-on class where you will learn how to mix and then form your own loaf of 100% whole wheat bread. Come learn how light, delicious, and nutritious this bread can be. Price includes a loaf of bread and a bread pan.
