This series of classes will begin with Quinoa and Spelt. Learn how to incorporate these grains into weekday meals and weekend baking, with Joy Ercanbrack.

Patty Taylor, our store Bread Maker, will be doing her magic again with her wonderful homemade cinnamon rolls. This is a hands-on class where you will be making your own beautiful and delicious cinnamon rolls as you learn all the tips and tricks from Patty.

Nothing beats the winter chill like a steaming bowl of Chili. The talented, Noraina Peterson, will share a variety of delicious chili recipes that you can use to win this years chili cook-off or to serve a delicious meal. Come prepared to warm up and learn how to make the best chili around!
