Pate a Choux (Cream Puffs & Eclairs)

Pate a Choux is a basic dough from which you can make cream puffs, profiteroles, eclairs or any manner of desserts. Kanako Arnold, the former pastry chef at Crumb Brothers Bakery, will be teaching everything you need to know to make this dough turn into something undeniably delicious. The class will consist of making and baking the Choux, the recipe and demonstration for the pastry cream as a filling and making ganache for dipping the eclairs. If the description doesn't make your mouth water the class will! 


Monday, August 24, 2015 - 6:30 p.m.

Sushi Night!

Finally, the sushi class you've been waiting for! If you love sushi this is the class for you. Robert Sanderson, will be in the kitchen teaching all that you will need to know to make delicious sushi in your own kitchen. This is a hands-on class so space is limited. 

 

Thursday, August 27, 2015 - 6:30 p.m.

Couldn't we all use a little more time in the day? With the electric pressure cooker in your kitchen you can cut down on your time spent in the kitchen so you can spend more time out of the kitchen. Resident Chef JaDene Denniston has all the tools you'll need to master this appliance. It's soon to become your favorite!

Come learn how light, delicious, and nutritious this bread can be. Price includes a loaf of bread and a bread pan.

Hands-On Cinnamon Rolls
Patty Taylor, our store Bread Maker, will be doing her magic again with her wonderful homemade cinnamon rolls. This is a hands-on class where you will be making your own beautiful and delicious cinnamon rolls as you learn all the tips and tricks from Patty.

Who says toast is just for breakfast? Topped with the right ingredients... pesto, beans, fresh mozzarella, etc....Toast can become lunch or dinner. Join us as LeAnn Whitesides shares some recipes that will make your mouth water and give you some fun easy non-breakfast toast ideas.
