Few things are as important as great knife skills in the kitchen.  Chef Robert Sanderson will teach all about developing proper knife skills in this hands on class.  Learn all the techniques to be chopping, slicing, and dicing like a pro!  Hands-On Class, Limit 10 People.

 

Thursday, July 28 - Gluten Free Cooking - 6:30 p.m. 

A gluten-free lifestyle is no doubt very difficult.  With the growing number of gluten intolerant people, information is becoming more and more available.  In this class Leah Nielsen, local caterer has tried-and-true recipes and information that can help.  Come learn about ways to improve your gluten free diet.

 

Saturday, July 30 - Cooking with Nancy - 11:00 a.m  

Nancy Beykirch (former owner of Love to Cook at Kitchen Kneads) is coming back just to teach this delicious class!  Come learn some of Nancy's secrets to success in the kitchen.  Her fabulous recipes are sure to work their way into your cooking repertoire.  Don't miss out on this fabulous class! 

 

Tuesday, August 2 - Back From Italy - 6:30 p.m. Pasta

Kristin Trevino has recently returned from a food lover's trip to Italy.  Come learn all the wonderful recipes, tips & tricks she learned along the way.  You'll feel like you've just visited the Italian countryside right along with her.  This class is not to be missed!

 

Wednesday, August 3 - Hands On Whole Wheat Bread - 1:00 p.m   

Come learn from our in-store instructor how to make delicious wheat bread using freshly ground wheat flour.  Instructor will also demonstrate how to make our cinnamon/currant variation.  Includes pan and one loaf of bread to take home. 


Thursday, August 4 - Nutty for Coconut - 6:30 p.m. 

This class is a coconut lover's dream come true.  A celebration of one of the most tasty ingredients around!  Kelly Marshall & Lindsey Owens have recipes to take your coconut obsession over the top.  Come enjoy this fun class with delicious recipes!

 

Saturday, August 6 - Birthday Cakes 101 - 11:00 a.m. 

Everyone wants to make a great cake for a loved one on their birthday.  In this crash course in cake decorating, April Olsen, Certified Wilton Instructor will teach techniques that will ensure you can make a fantastic cake!  Learn how to make perfect icing, how to ice a smooth cake or make designs, using candy as quick & easy decorations, and more!  You're next cake will look like it was made by a professional.

 

Tuesday, August 9 - Farm Fresh - 6:30 p.m. 

There is so much talk right now about eating local, farm fresh foods.  Local farmer and cook, Barbie Corbridge, will discuss this topic along with sharing some great recipes for farm fresh foods.  Plus learn how to quickly and easily take apart a whole chicken to save time and money!  An entire dinner prepared with local, free range eggs & chicken that is delicious! 

 

Thursday, August 11 - Homemade Bagels & English Muffins - 6:30 p.m. 

Bagels & english muffins are delicious enough but when they're freshly baked there is nothing better!  Resident Chef, JaDene Denniston has no-fail recipes that will have you baking up these classic breads with no problems.  Come become an expert at these delicious handheld snacks!

 

Saturday, August 13 - Getting to Know Your BOSCH - 10:00 a.m.
