Chill Out with Ice Cream Sandwiches
There's no doubt that savoring summer and enjoying ice cream are nearly synonymous, but we're thinking beyond bowls and cones for everyone's favorite treat. We're taking our ice cream on-the-go in ice cream sandwiches!

IN THIS ISSUE, we're churning homemade ice cream and putting it between freshly baked cookies. You'll find a New York Cheesecake flavor with a fresh Cherry Swirl between Shortcrust Cookies, Better-Than-It sandwiches (Vanilla Bean Frozen Custard on Oatmeal Cookies dipped in Dark Chocolate), and Early Summer Sunrise sandwiches (Apricot Ice Cream between Snickerdoodle Cookies). This class will discuss your diagnosis, how it affects your diet, and how you can begin your new life with delicious meals.  Erin will educate you on portion control and discuss sugars  found in our everyday foods. A variety of snacks and meals will be demonstrated. Class is limited to 16.

Dagmar will talk about fish and how to buy it locally. Several cooking techniques will be shown. Pan-Seared Flounder with Dill Tartar Sauce, Salmon Cakes, Peruvian Steamed Fish, and Grilled Fish en Papillote. Class is limited to 16.

Those who know Jerry know him for his love of teaching French and English in the Warren school system. He is also an avid gardener and a food aficionado. Join us for what has always been a very entertaining hands-on class with fabulous pizza! We'll be baking in both charcoal and gas grills outside on the patio. Recipes will include: The Perfect Dough, fresh Garden Sauce, and a special olive oil mixture to brush on your crust. Mangier! Everyone will have the chance to roll their own dough and make their own pizza. Class is limited to 14.

Dagmar will share everything she knows about Maine Lobsters, from the basics of how to boil and shell, all the way to how to determine the sex of a lobster! Yes, females are sweeter than males! Dagmar will be making a classic Maine Lobster Stew, Lobster Gallete, traditional New England Lobster Roll, and a Lobster Cheesecake! Class is limited to 16.
