This will let your creative side shine, and clean out the fridge or pantry. Remember all those blueberries you bought at the Farmer's Market this summer? Put them in a muffin, and use up that half bag of pecans that are looking for redemption in the back of the pantry. Look at the extracts in your pantry. Pull out the orange, and think about what do you like with it? How about a no-butter scone, with orange extract, coconut and almonds? Everybody loves the big cinnamon rolls, but there are many other uses for that dough; so let's explore the endless possibilities.
