If you've ever wanted to learn how to make the elusive French Macaron - look no further because this is the class! Kanako Arnold, former pastry chef of Crumb Brothers Bakery, has the perfect recipes, the perfect techniques and the perfect class to teach you all that you need to know to make this French cookie.

Classic Crusts
Come discover just how delicious it can be when you use whole grains to make the classic crusts. Joy Ercanbrack, our grain specialist, has the greatest whole grain recipes. After this class you will want to switch out your white flour for whole grains - it really is that good!  And, as always, Joy is sure to provide a very fun and educational class.

Come learn what Jennie Orme calls "progressive cooking". Jennie will share a weeks worth of healthy, family-friendly recipes that build upon one another. She will show you how to use your "leftovers" from one meal to create a whole different dinner for later in the week. Come discover how much time you can save in the kitchen by having a functional and fabulous menu prepared.

Everyone loves kabobs because they're fun to make, easy to grill and delicious to eat. Chef Jason Davis, owner of the new southern restaurant - Maymoes has some great recipes that he is excited to share. Come work alongside Chef Jason in this hands-on class and learn all the different combinations you can use to make amazing kabobs!

Send your child to Cookie College and let them spend the afternoon with our great chef, Joy Ercanbrack. It's a win/win too..... They will bring home cookies they made and you won't even have a messy kitchen to show for it! This is a hands-on class for children ages 9 and up. Hurry and sign up because space is limited to 10!

Take your cookie decorating to the next level with Sugar Cookie Art. This culinary craft makes wonderful favors, gifts and decorations. Come learn from one of the valley's most talented, Cindy Atkin. Cindy will introduce the basics to flood decorating and get you started in a fun, creative hobby that delights the eye as well as the tummy. This class will be hands-on, allowing you to gain experience, confidence and take home something to be proud of.
