The Art of Cookie Decorating 
Take your cookie decorating to the next level with Sugar Cookie Art. This culinary craft makes wonderful favors, gifts and decorations. Come learn from one of the valley's most talented, Cindy Atkin. Cindy will introduce the basics to flood decorating and get you started in a fun, creative hobby that delights the eye as well as the tummy. This class will be hands-on, allowing you to gain experience, confidence and take home something to be proud of.

Pasta Perfection
If you love pasta but think you could never make it yourself, this class will change your mind. Our instructor, JaDene Denniston, demystifies the process, walking you step by step through the techniques for making the perfect dough every time. Once you discover how easy and delicious fresh pasta is at home you'll say ciao to pre-packaged noodles forever.

Join Janis Boettinger and Geno Schupp on a Mediterranean Cruise to Crete! Considered one of the healthiest diets on earth, Cretan cooking is founded on lots of olive oil, vegetables, pulses (like lentils), grains, fruits, and seafood, with only limited amounts of red meat - once each week or two. Apparently the cuisine has changed little since though they have been willing to incorporate a few New World delicacies such as tomatoes, zucchini, and green beans. With all the fresh vegetables in abundance at this time of year come taste some new recipes and explore a new culture with us!
