Blissful Biscotti Cookies
Now is the time of year to learn to make biscotti. Nothing goes better with hot coco and/or coffee on a cold winter day than biscotti. Or package them up as a gift for Christmas! Oksana Roth, an International Chef, has some delicious recipes and will show the right techniques to make these cookies. Spend a night with her and you will become very confident that you can make your own biscotti at home to share with family and friends!

The Art of Gingerbread Houses
Who doesn't want a Gingerbread House for your friends to"ooh and aah" over and for the kids to eat if you let them! A Gingerbread House is really one big decorated cookie. Cindy Atkin, our Professional Cookie Artist, will teach you how to make and create your own unique house. This will be a two day class, so you can take home a finished product. You will learn the basics to flood decorating the first day and glue together and finish the house the next. This is a great beginner class but is also a great class to gain new ideas if you are an experienced cookie decorator. The class will be hands-on, allowing you to gain experience, confidence and take home something to be proud of just in time for the holidays.

Work alongside Lisa Clawson, of Great Harvest Bakery, and learn to make the perfect pie. Lisa has some delicious recipes and great tips that she will share with you as you shape and fill your own pie. You will learn the secrets and science behind a perfectly-flaky-tender pie crust and how to make some delicious fillings. Your taste buds and family will thank you!

Buche de Noel
Looking for a different holiday dessert this season? Come see what Kanako Arnold, former Crumb Brother's pastry chef is cooking up! Kanako will be demonstrating how to make a beautiful Buche de Noel, or more commanly known as a Yule Log. This is a traditional dessert served at Christmas time, especially in France. Try something new this season!
