Patty Taylor, our store Bread Maker, will be doing her magic again with her wonderful homemade cinnamon rolls. This is a hands-on class where you will be making your own beautiful and delicious cinnamon rolls as you learn all the tips and tricks from Patty.

SPANISH TAPAS
Join us for our third annual Spanish Tapas class with Geno Schupp & Janis Boettinger. Spanish Tapas are festive & delicious appetizers and snacks that are perfect for get-togethers. Come celebrate a new year with Geno & Janis and learn about the culture and the wonderful food of Spain.

Many of us have scary memories of our mother's hissing pressure cooker. Today's model - a far cry from those earlier ones - are making a comeback because of the health benefits and because they reduce cooking time by 70%. This class at Love to Cook will take the "pressure" off your kitchen time. We'll discuss the basics of pressure cooking and share some delicious recipes. So, give this convenient appliance a second chance! 
This class is free for those who have recently purchased a pressure cooker from our store. Sign up in the store. Space is limited.

HANDS-ON WHOLE WHEAT BREAD
Patty Taylor, our store bread maker, will be teaching a hands-on class where you will learn to make the most delicious, melt-in-your-mouth whole wheat bread. In this class you will make you're own beautiful loaf of bread and learn all the tips and tricks to make your wheat loaf fluffy and delicious. Each participant will get a free loaf pan with the class.

I OWN A NUTRIMILL, NOW WHAT?
If you own a Nutrimill, come join Joy Ercanbrack, our grain specialist, as she teaches you the ins and outs of this wonderful machine. She will go over all the Nutrimill can do with great recipes created from freshly-milled whole grains and taste some great nutritious food. Don't miss this class so you can get the most out of your Nutrimill.

RAVIOLI WORKSHOP
Making homemade ravioli is as simple as combining flour, water and sometimes egg and making a classic filling. But, learning to do it with confidence and ease is something that comes with practice. Love to Cook has the perfect place to do just that. Join Chef JaDene Denniston as she shares how to roll, cut and fill homemade ravioli. If you're a novice or seasoned cook you are sure to learn something new about ravioli in this class. Great recipes for ravioli fillings and sauces will be shared and tasted.

Ready to try your hand in the exciting and tasty act of Sushi-making? Students in this class will work along side Chef Robert Sanderson learning the techniques needed to make sushi that will wow your family and friends! HANDS-ON LAMINATED DOUGH
This class is devoted to the foundation of everyone's favorite French delicacy - the croissant! Kanako Arnold, a former pastry chef for Crumb Brother's Bakery, will discuss the techniques behind creating a variety of pastries that are as beautiful as they are delicious. You will work alongside Kanako learning the art of lamination.
