Many of us have scary memories of our mother's hissing pressure cooker. Today's model - a far cry from those earlier ones - are making a comeback because of the health benefits and because they reduce cooking time by 70%. This class at Love to Cook will take the "pressure" off your kitchen time. We'll discuss the basics of pressure cooking and share some delicious recipes.This class is free for those who have recently purchased a pressure cooker from our store. Sign up in the store. "LOVE-LY" VALENTINE COOKIES
Are you interested in learning how to make delicious sugar cookies that look like a piece of art? Well, look no further! Cindy Atkin, expert cookie decorator, will be teaching this hands-on class. In this class you will work alongside Cindy and learn how to outline and flood decorate valentine sugar cookies. Join Cindy and learn to hone your decorating skills! HANDS-ON DIPPED CHOCOLATES
Just in time for Valentines Day, Ann Burger and Pam Jones, from the Bluebird Candy Company, will be teaching how to dip all sorts of things in chocolate. Come get your hands dirty in chocolate as you learn to dip caramel, strawberries, marshmallows, etc. This is a hands-on class so space is limited!

HANDS-ON WHOLE WHEAT BREAD
Patty Taylor, our store bread maker, will be teaching a hands-on class where you will learn to make the most delicious, melt-in-your-mouth whole wheat bread. In this class you will make you're own beautiful loaf of bread and learn all the tips and tricks to make your wheat loaf fluffy and delicious. Each participant will get a free loaf pan with the class.

Ready to try your hand in the exciting and tasty act of Sushi-making? Students in this class will work along side Chef Robert Sanderson learning the techniques needed to make sushi that will wow your family and friends! Take a night off and enjoy an evening with Robert and learn to make sushi at home!

ATTENTION CHOCOLATE LOVERS! This is a class made especially for you. Kanako Arnold, former pastry chef at Crumb Brother's Bakery, will be teaching this class all about chocolate desserts. Come spend the morning learning to make some mouth watering, eye catching, valentine-day inspired desserts all centered around chocolate. You, and those you love, will be so happy you did!
