Saturday, January 6 - 11:00am 
HANDS-ON SNOWMAN SUGAR COOKIE DECORATING - SOLD OUT! 
Cindy Atkin, our professional cookie decorator, will be in the kitchen teaching you the tips and tricks to decorating the best winter cookies ever! This hands-on class will quickly turn into a year round hobby. Come learn from the best and make a delicious piece of art!

INSPIRALIZED WITH AMY JOHNSON
Looking to make some healthy changes to your cooking this New Year? Amy Johnson is an expert with the Spiralizer and will be in our kitchen teaching some delcious ways to incorporate more healthy option to your meals. Using all kinds of fruits and vegetables, Amy will have you excited to try something new, delicious and healthy! Enjoy an evening out and spend it with Amy at Love to Cook Kitchen Kneads!

HANDS-ON CINNAMON ROLLS 
In this hands-on class you work right along with Patty Taylor as she teaches you the tips and tricks needed to make the most wonderful homemade cinnamon rolls. Start with mixing the dough, kneading the dough, shaping the dough and baking the rolls. You will experience it all in this class then take home your work home to eat! Only 6 spots available! Offered twice this month...

PERFECT UNDER PRESSURE 
If you own, are thinking of owning, or seeking some great tips on electric pressure cooking - this is the class for you! Anita Watts will share all there is to know about this wonderful kitchen appliance. The electric pressure cooker will cut your cooking time in half and increase the nutritional value of the food you prepare. Take time out of your busy schedule to learn about this machine and save time in the kitchen!

HANDS-ON WHEAT BREAD WITH WIL WOOD 
This is a hands-on class where you will work right along with Wil Wood, owner of Love to Cook Kitchen Kneads. Wil was the previous owner of Great Harvest Bread Co. in Meridian, ID. He is a baking wizard and a bread expert. Wil will teach you all there is know about making an amazing wheat bread from freshly mulled flour that will have your mouth watering. Start with mixing the dough, kneading the dough, shaping the dough and baking the bread. You will leave with a wealth of knowledge, a new loaf pan and a freshly baked loaf of bread!

GET INSPIRALIZED! (THE MORE ADVANCED CLASS) 
Because of popular demand we are excited to offer a more advanced Inspiralizer class. Amy Johnson, an expert with the Inspiralizer, will be in our kitchen teaching some different, a bit more complicated, yet always delicious ways to incorporate more healthy option to your meals. She will be using different fruits and vegetables than in past classes. If you are looking for something more than just the basics this is the place! This class will fill quickly so sign up soon!

CHOCOLATE BASICS WITH CONNIE WHITESIDES 
In this hands-on class you will work with Connie Whitesides, of Orson Gigi, learning some great basics about chocolate making. If you are interested in working with chocolate this class is a great start. Connie is very knowledgable and will teach the difference between compound and couverture chocolate. A basic tempering technique will be taught and both chocolate truffles and chocolate covered popcorn will be made. This class will fill up quickly so sign up soon to reserve your spot!
