MARCH 2018 COOKING CLASSES  
Saturday, March 10 - 11:00am
THE MAGIC OF MACARONS - HANDS-ON 
The macaron is notoriously difficult for the home baker. But now you can learn all the secrets to making the perfect macarons with pastry chef, Kanako Arnold. In this class, Kanako will demystify and demonstrate the art and science of macaron baking. Come learn from the best and start creating the perfect French macaron at home. This is a hands-on class that will fill up quickly so sign up soon!

Wednesday, March 14 - 6:00pm
PI DAY! A HANDS_ON PIE CLASS 
Join us for this hands-on class and master the essential pie-making skills. Our instructor, Lisa Clawson (owner of the Great Harvest Bakery Co.) will walk you through the steps for mixing, rolling and baking perfectly flaky crusts every time. Lisa will share some great pie fillings and each participant will take home a completed pie and lots of great fun & knowledge!
 
Thursday, March 15 - 6:00pm
THE WHOLE CHICKEN
In this class you will be breaking down a whole chicken. Making a basic pressure cooker stock, then working with the thighs & drumsticks by cooking some buttermilk fried chicken. Move on to making some delicious teriyaki chicken breasts. And finally, a mouth watering dumpling soup using the tenders, stock and some of the trim.

EVERYTHING IRISH 
St. Patrick's Day just got more exciting! Chef Kanako Arnold will teach you how to craft a couple of traditional Irish treats. In this hands-on class you will make a hearty Irish Soda Bread and an Irish Cream Brownie that is to die for! Start the day off right and leave ready to for a new Irish tradition at home!

Wednesday, March 21 - 6:00pm
HANDS ON CINNAMON ROLLS 
(Repeated on Wednesday, March 7 - 1:00pm - see above)
In this hands-on class you work right along with Patty Taylor as she teaches you the tips and tricks needed to make the most wonderful homemade cinnamon rolls. Start with mixing the dough, kneading the dough, shaping the dough and baking the rolls. You will experience it all in this class then take home your work home to eat! Only 6 spots available! Thursday, March 22 - 6:00pm 
PERFECT UNDER PRESSURE 
If you own, are thinking of owning, or seeking some great tips on electric pressure cooking - this is the class for you! Anita Watts will share all there is to know about this wonderful kitchen appliance. The electric pressure cooker will cut your cooking time in half and increase the nutritional value of the food you prepare.
