Our expert, Amy Johnson, will be in the Love to Cook kitchen demonstrating how you can add flavor and beauty to a nutrition-filled meal. We will be featuring recipes from, Ali Maffucci's, new cookbook called, Inspiralized and Beyond. Not only will you want to eat your veggies worth each day, your family and guests will also come back wanting more.

Amazing? Absolutely! Did you know you could create this stunning cake from your pressure cooker?! If you own, are thinking of owning, or seeking some great tips on electric pressure cooking - this is the class for you! Anita Watts will share all there is to know about this wonderful kitchen appliance. The electric pressure cooker will cut your cooking time in half and increase the nutritional value of the food you prepare. CAST IRON COOKING
At Love To Cook, we LOVE cast iron cookware! Many kitchens have cast iron skillets that are tucked away in the back of a cupboard clouded with concerns and questions about their proper use and clean up. We are here to tell you even if it hasn't been properly maintained, it can often be brought back to life, so it's a wonderful investment for your kitchen.

HANDS-ON COOKIE DECORATING 
Happy New Year's! This is a perfect time to set a goal and learn a new skill. What better skill than something creative, delicious and shareable? Cindy Atkin, our professional cookie decorator, will be in the kitchen teaching you the tips and tricks for decorating the most adorable cookies ever! You will work alongside Cindy as she teaches you different decorating techniques. This hands-on class will quickly turn into a year-round hobby. Our students have been sending us photos of their successes. What accomplishments! Come to learn from the best and make a delicious piece of art!

HANDS-ON FRENCH MACARONS WITH KANAKO ARNOLD
She's back and we are oh, so happy! In this class, Kanako will demystify and demonstrate the art and science of macaron baking. The macaron is notoriously difficult for the home baker. Please, bring your sense of curiosity and learn how to make the flavor-filled macarons with French pastry chef, Kanako Arnold.  Come to learn from the best and start creating the perfect French macaron at home. In this hands-on class, you work right along with Patty Taylor as she teaches you the tips and tricks needed to make the most wonderful homemade cinnamon rolls.
