Cooking Classes at Spoon and Whisk

Sonoma has become a culinary destination and tonight Patrick will treat us to another delectable menu inspired by his latest trip to California. His enthusiastic and warm teaching style, knowledge of wine, and creative food pairings are a great way to begin the summer.


Menu:
  • Fresh Field Greens with blue cheese, local apples, spiced walnuts and Chardonnay vinaigrette
  • Prosciutto-wrapped Grilled Tuna Loin with fresh melon salsa
  • Pulled Duck BBQ on a fresh herb sourdough biscuit 
  • Fallen Center Chocolate Cabernet Cake.
